By creating an account or using Dugout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Dugout is a team management app designed for youth sports coaches. It helps you manage rosters, lineups, pitch counts, game stats, and player evaluations. It is not a medical, legal, or official governing-body compliance tool.
You sign in using Google or email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share access credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account.
You may enter information about players on your roster, including minors. You represent that you have appropriate authority (as a coach, team administrator, or with parental consent) to enter and manage that information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any data you input.
You agree not to use Dugout to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service; or (d) share your account with others outside your coaching staff.
All software, design, and content in Dugout is owned by Dugout. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of Dugout.
Dugout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of calculations, or that the service will meet every need. Pitch count limits and rest rules displayed in the app are informational — always verify requirements with your league or governing body.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dugout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using Dugout at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Dugout operates.
